The Port Authority of Tokyo, Tokyo Port Wharf Co., Ltd., the Tokyo Port Transportation Association, and the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism are implementing a container transfer reservation system using CONPAS in cooperation with relevant parties.
We would like to inform you that we have decided to carry out the fifth phase of the project at three terminals (Oi 1/2, Oi 3/4 and Oi 6/7) in Oi-futo.

Details of the implementation
We plan to distribute a video explaining the CONPAS operation method and the key points of the operation rules for the 5th phase to the land transport operators in early January 2024.
There are some changes from the fourth period, so please check the streaming video beforehand.

(Add 1/18) To participate in this project, you need to apply for use on the Cyber Port CONPAS portal site. Please apply from here. If you have already applied for the use of Cyber Port CONPAS or have already used it in Minamihonmoku by the fourth period, you can participate without any additional procedures.
