This video provides an overview of the implementation, how to apply for a new application, and how to operate the system for operators who wish to participate in CONPAS at Keihin Port.
CONPAS at Keihin Port is now in full operation at Konan Honmoku in Yokohama, and we are also working on a reservation system at Oi in Tokyo Port.
By using CONPAS, we have been able to see steady effects such as a reduction in the total waiting time in front of the gate and an improvement in the working environment for drivers. Please watch this video and apply or join.

When using CONPAS, please display the placard that we sent you.

*In the video of "3. System Usage and Operation" at around 04:55, the expiration extension measure of PS card is explained, and I would like to inform you that the expiration extension measure was renewed on December 18, 2023.

Update: For PS cards that expire by March 30, 2024, the expiration date has been extended to March 31, 2024, so when you register driver information at CONPAS, enter March 31, 2024 as the expiration date.
Current: For PS cards that expire by December 30, 2023, the expiration date has been extended to December 31, 2023, so when you register driver information at CONPAS, enter December 31, 2023 as the expiration date.
