  • How to use Cyber port?

    Please follow the form from the Application.
    Alternatively, please fill in the necessary information in the Cyber Port (Port Logistics) and CONPAS Terms of Use Agreement form and Application form, and then select the target service "Cyber Port" and the content "Registration Content Change" from the Inquiry/Question.
    We will inform you regarding the approval results of your application to the email address you entered at the time of application.

  • Can I apply to use Cyber Port as an individual?

    We do not accept applications from individuals. A single ID will be issued for each group (corporation, etc.), The contract must be made by an organization (corporation, etc.).

  • I would like to use Cyber Port, but I don't know if there is already an application for the business type I want to use within my company (including head office and branch offices).If a company that has already done the usage application and registration re-applies again, can it still be accepted?

    It can be accepted. When applying from the Application on the menu, the Cyber Port administrator will check the difference between the current content being used and the application content before registering.

  • What should I do if there is no applicable item in the business type option of the application?

    For Inland Depot Operators, select the "Terminal Operator" business type and apply.If you do not know which business type to select, contact the Cyber Port administrator from the Contact.

  • How to connect (or disconnect) between my system and Cyber Port API?

    During Application, select "Yes" for the system connection in the System Usage Information. If you would like to terminate the API connection or make an API connection after completing the application, please fill in the Cyber Port (Port Logistics) and CONPAS Registration Change Notification form, select the target service "Cyber Port" and the content "Registration Content Change" from the Inquiry/Question.

  • Can I apply for CONPAS usage and change my Cyber Port registration details at the same time?

    You can do both at the same time. The operator of Cyber Port will handle it, just select the target service "Cyber Port" and the content "Registration Content Change" from the Inquiry/Question.

  • What is the usage fee for Cyber Port?

    The fee for using Cyber Port is as follows.
    ・Free until FY 2025
    ・Since FY 2026, 1 company has paid 6,600 yen per month (regardless of the number of offices or users)
    ・However, the fee is waived in the following cases (current assumption)
    〇From the start of use until the total number of transactions reaches 100
    〇Months with 10 or fewer transactions per month you will be charged for the month.
    〇Companies that only provide data through the EDIFACT linkage function(currently, only shipping companies are applicable)
    ※The number of transactions is not counted when only functions other than the document linkage function(Chat, terminal inquiry, various settings, etc.) are used.
    ・You have to pay the monthly fee for the year.
    ・We will keep in mind the necessary procedures and payment methods for charging, so that we can secure the period necessary to make a decision on whether to use the service.

  • Is it possible to request for Cyber Port documents?

    You can download it from the Document Download.
    For the documents that are not included in the Document Download, please select the target service "Cyber Port" and the content "Inquiry" from the Inquiry/Question. In the subject line, indicate the document request and write the requested document in the content details field.
    Please refer to the Cyber Port's Document Table of Contents for the requested documents.

  • I logged into the Cyber Port administrator menu, but only "Home" is displayed in the left menu. What should I do?

    The user must be registered as an administrator of the company in order to use the functions of the various administrator menus.
    Please register as an administrator after referring to the Procedure for Registering as an Administrator.
    If the above procedure does not resolve the problem, please contact the Cyber Port office with any Inquiry/Question.

  • How can I register as a Cyber Port user?

    The user registration of Cyber Port is available from the menu for administrators.
    If you would like to register as a new Cyber Port user, please contact your Cyber Port administrator.
    If you do not know who the Cyber Port administrator is, please submit a new application or contact the Cyber Port office.
    In case of a new application
    the new administrator will be added by the Cyber Port office.
    If you are newly added as an administrator, please request to add users.
    For inquiries
    The Cyber Port office would like to inform you that the current administrator has been contacted.
    Please wait for the current administrator to contact you.

  • Batch import of users will result in an error. What should I do?

    The format of the CSV file used for batch loading of users might be incorrect.
    Please refer to the Procedure for Creating a CSV file for Batch Loading of Users, create a CSV file, and then perform batch loading of users once again. If the above procedure does not resolve the problem, please contact the Cyber Port office with any Inquiry/Question.

  • How can I change or add Cyber Port administrators?

    Cyber Port administrators can be changed or added from the administrator menu.
    Please register the person who wants to register as a new administrator as a user of Cyber Port, and then register the administrator.
    For specific procedures, please refer to the following chapter of "Cyber Port (port logistics) _Operation manual (For administrators)" that can be downloaded after logging in to CyberPort.

  • Is it possible to issue receipts using the terminal inquiry function?

    Cyber Port does not have the ability to issue receipts.
    We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the terminal operator directly.

  • How to deactivate my Cyber Port usage?

    Please fill in the necessary information on the Cyber Port (Port Logistics) and CONPAS Cancellation Notice form, and then select the target service "Cyber Port" and the content "Suspension" from the Inquiry/Question.

  • What is the Terminal Inquiry Function?

    Cyber Port's "Terminal Inquiry Function" is a system that centralizes tasks previously handled by phone, email, or fax—such as checking demurrage charges and inspection fees, submitting payment applications, and notifying payments—all online. Available 24 hours a day and linked to the Terminal Operating System (TOS) for automated data integration, it significantly improves operational efficiency by reducing duplicate data entry for both freight forwarders and terminals.
    While the scope of supported features varies by terminal, the following are generally possible:

    ・Inquiring about demurrage charges
    ・Applying for various inspections and inquiring about inspection fees
    ・Submitting payment applications, confirming transfer destinations, and notifying payments

    ※ Demurrage charge: An excess storage fee imposed when an unlanded container remains in the container yard after its free time (free storage period) has expired because the cargo has not been picked up.
    ※ Inspection: Inspections conducted at the terminal, such as customs inspection, Ministry of Health monitoring inspection, animal quarantine, and plant quarantine. The inspection fees that can be confirmed vary by terminal.

  • Which terminals are supported?

    As of March 2026, the following terminals are supported:
    ・Tokyo Port, Ooi 3/4, Utoku Co., Ltd.
    ・Tokyo Port, Aomi A4, Suzue Corporation
    ・Yokohama Port, Honmoku BC, Yokohama Port Mega Terminal Co., Ltd.

  • How is the inquiry destination determined?

    An inquiry is made to the terminal selected from the inquiry destinations on the screen.

  • The inquiry screen shows an error.

    Required fields are set depending on the inquiry destination and inquiry item, and an error will occur if required fields are not entered. Please check if all required fields are filled. For other errors, please contact Cyber Port Operations or the terminal based on the error content.

  • The payment application screen shows an error.

    Please check if all required fields are filled. For other errors, please contact Cyber Port Operations or the terminal based on the error content.

  • What are the functions of the Cargo In-take Confirmation Request Form and Warehouse Receipt?

    This function streamlines cargo in-take confirmation requests, in-take confirmation, and sharing of warehouse receipts in export operations.

  • Which CFS are supported?

    As of March 2026, the following CFS are supported:
    ・Tokyo Freight Center (TFC), Yokohama Port Honmoku CFS, Utoku Co., Ltd.

  • What is the difference between a Cargo In-take Confirmation Request Form and a Warehouse Receipt?

    There are the following differences:
    Cargo In-take Confirmation Request Form (UI030): A document used to request prior confirmation of cargo in-take details from a warehouse/CFS. Used when making a request to the recipient.
    Warehouse Receipt (UI040): A document used to confirm and share actual in-take results. Used for responses from the recipient.

  • Are required fields set?

    Yes, they are. Although it varies depending on the recipient, required fields generally include the inquiry destination, forwarder name, in-take date, mark, booking number, vessel name, voyage number, delivery location, company name, phone number, main email, and contact person.

  • Can the Cargo In-take Confirmation Request Form be shared with other organizations?

    UI030 (Cargo In-take Confirmation Request Form) cannot be directly shared with other organizations. Please convert it to PDF and send it by email, or attach it to another document.

  • An error occurred on the screen.

    Please check if all required fields are filled. For other errors, please contact Cyber Port Operations or the terminal based on the error content.

  • How to use CONPAS?

    Please select "Yes" for CONPAS from the Application.
    Alternatively, please fill in the necessary information in the Cyber Port (Port Logistics) and CONPAS Terms of Use agreement form and Application form, and then select the subject "Cyber Port" and the content "Registration Content Change" from the Inquiry/Comments on the menu.
    We will inform you about the approval results of your application to the email address that you entered during your application. If you are already using Cyber Port, please fill out the Cyber Port (Port Logistics) and CONPAS Registration Change Notice, select the target service "CONPAS" and the content "Registration Content Change" from the Inquiry/Question.

  • Can I apply to use CONPAS as an individual?

  • Can I use CONPAS only?

    CONPAS is to be used together with Cyber Port, and cannot be used alone.
    The business types that can use CONPAS are "Road Transport Operator, Terminal Operator, Warehouse Operator, Forwarder, NVOCC / International Freight Forwarder"

  • Which business type should I select to use CONPAS?

    If you wish to use the Dispatch/CarryIn Reservation Function, select "Road Transport Operator".
    In addition, if you wish to use in advance the collation function of the carry-in information, select Forwarder or Warehouse Operator or NVOCC/International Forwarder.
    If the business type is other than the ones listed above and you wishes to use CONPAS, please contact the Cyber Port Operator from the Inquiry/Question. This will be used as a reference when considering operational rules.

  • What should I do if there is no applicable item in the Business type options of the application?

    Inland depot operators are requested to apply by selecting "Terminal Operator" business type.
    For other cases, if you do not know which business type to select, please contact the Cyber Port Operator from the Inquiry/Question.

  • Can I apply for CONPAS usage and change my Cyber Port registration details at the same time?

    You can do both at the same time.
    The operator of Cyber Port will handle it, just select the target service "Cyber Port" and the content "Registration Content Change" from the Inquiry/Question.

  • What is the usage fee for CONPAS?

    CONPAS usage fee is free for the time being.

  • How to deactivate my CONPAS usage?

    If you wish to suspend the use of CONPAS only, fill in the necessary information on the Cyber Port (Port Logistics) and CONPAS Cancellation Notice, then select the target service "CONPAS" and the content "Suspension" from the Inquiry/Question.
    If you wish to suspend the use of both Cyber Port and CONPAS, select the target service "Cyber Port" and the content "Suspension" from the Inquiry/Question.
