Tokyo Port to implement the CONPAS container drayage reservation system (Phase 9) at Ohi Terminals 6 & 7, Aomi Terminal 4, and Central Breakwater Outer Y1 Terminal!
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Port and Harbor, Tokyo Port Terminal Corporation, the Tokyo Port Stevedore Association, and the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism are implementing a container drayage reservation system using CONPASR, with the cooperation of all parties concerned.
We are pleased to announce that the 9th phase of this initiative will be implemented at Ohi Nos. 6 and 7, Aomi No. 4, and Central Breakwater Outer Y1 Terminals.
Implementation Schedule:
1. Aomi Terminal No. 4:
19 weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, from Monday, January 26, 2026 to Friday, February 20, 2026.
2. Ohi Terminals No. 6 & 7:
9 weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, from Tuesday, February 24, 2026 to Friday, March 6, 2026.
3. Central Breakwater Outer Y1 Terminal:
10 weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, from Monday, March 2, 2026 to Friday, March 13, 2026.
Participating Companies:
Land transportation operators wishing to participate in this project.
*Membership in Kanto prefectural trucking associations is not required.
Details of Implementation
We plan to publish a video for land transportation operators explaining how to use CONPAS and key points of the Phase 9 operating rules. Please ensure you review the manual and the video in advance.
Especially for companies that have continuously used CONPAS since Phase 8, please check that the vehicle and PS card information registered in CONPAS is up-to-date.
