We will conduct a trial operation of CONPASR across multiple terminals at Honmoku Pier in the Port of Yokohama!
The Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is promoting the implementation of the CONPASR system, which aims to strengthen the international competitiveness of the Keihin Port by alleviating congestion in front of container terminal gates and shortening the stay time of container trailers at terminals.
We are pleased to announce that, with the cooperation of relevant parties, a trial operation of CONPASR will be conducted at the container terminals BC, D1, and D4 of Honmoku Pier in the Port of Yokohama. In particular, at the BC container terminal (BC2 gate), a trial operation of CONPASR under the ?eservation in principle?scheme will be carried out.

If you are using CONPASR for the first time, please submit a usage registration application in advance. Especially for operations at the BC2 gate during the two-day trial period, a CONPASR reservation is mandatory.
For companies that have been using CONPASR previously, please ensure that the vehicle information and PS card information registered in CONPASR are up to date.
