We will implement the 8th phase of the container gate-in/gate-out reservation system project using CONPAS at the Port of Tokyo (Ohi Terminals 6 and 7, Aomi Terminal 4, and the Outer Central Breakwater

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Port and Harbor, Tokyo Port Terminal Corporation, Tokyo Port Transport Association, and the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism are implementing a container gate-in/gate-out reservation system project using CONPASR with the cooperation of related parties.
We are pleased to announce that the 8th phase of this initiative will be implemented at Ohi Terminals 6 and 7, Aomi Terminal 4, and the Outer Central Breakwater Terminal Y1.

? Implementation Schedule
? Ohi Terminals 6 and 7, and Aomi Terminal 4:
From Thursday, September 18, 2025 to Friday, October 17, 2025 (20 weekdays excluding weekends and public holidays)
* Simultaneous implementation at both terminals

? Outer Central Breakwater Terminal Y1:
From Monday, October 27, 2025 to Monday, November 10, 2025 (10 weekdays excluding weekends and public holidays)

? Participating Companies
Land transport operators wishing to participate in this project
* Membership in truck associations of Kanto prefectures is not required.

? Details of Implementation
Guides explaining how to operate CONPAS and key points of the 8th phase operation rules for land transport operators will be posted sequentially.
Please make sure to review the guides and distribution videos in advance.
Especially for companies continuing from the 7th phase, please confirm that the vehicle information and PS card information registered in CONPAS are up to date.
