We will implement a container carry-in/out reservation system project (Oi Terminals 1 and 2, 6 and 7, Aomi Terminal 4) using CONPAS at the Port of Tokyo!
The Tokyo Metropolitan Ports and Harbours Bureau, the Tokyo Port Wharf Co., Ltd., the Tokyo Port Transportation Association, and the the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Kanto Regional Development Bureau are implementing a container carry-in/out reservation system using CONPAS in cooperation with related parties.
This is to inform you that the activities for the sixth phase will be carried out at two terminals in Oi Wharf (Oi 1 and 2, 6 and 7) and Aomi Terminal 4.
Schedule
1. Oi Terminals 1 and 2, 6 and 7: 20 weekdays from Monday, September 9, 2024 to Tuesday, October 8, excluding weekends and holidays
* 2 Terminals will be operated simultaneously
2. Aomi Terminal 4: 10 weekdays from Wednesday, November 6, 2024 to Tuesday, November 19, excluding weekends and holidays
* Due to ongoing gate repair work at Oi Terminals 3 and 4, scheduled for Phase 7 (after 2025)
*We plan to continue this project while verifying its effectiveness

Companies that wish to participate in this project * Whether or not they are members of the Kanto Prefectural Trucking Associations does not matter.
Details of Implementation
We plan to release videos explaining how to operate CONPAS and the key points of operation rules for Phase 6 for land transport operators in late August 2024.
There are some changes from the fifth period, so please check the video in advance.
In particular, for dealers who continue to use CONPAS from the 5th period, please confirm that the vehicle information and PS card information registered in CONPAS are up to date.
