On Monday, April 15, 2024, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry began accepting applications for the FY 2024 Subsidy for the Promotion of Digitization of Trade Procedures through the Use of Trade Platforms.
Aiming at trade facilitation and reduction of trade costs by expanding the use of trade platforms (hereinafter referred to as "Trade PF".), the subsidy program aims to subsidize a part of the cost of establishing cooperation between trade PFs and internal systems of users, a part of the cost of establishing cooperation between trade PFs, and a part of the cost of demonstrating the digitalization of trade procedures using trade PFs.
With regard to "Cyber Port (Port Logistics)," which covers port logistics procedures between private companies operated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, "Cooperation between PF (cooperation between private PF and Cyber Port)," which was the subject of the subsidy last year, will continue to be covered ([Type 3]), and "Cooperation between own system (cooperation between own system and Cyber Port)" will also be covered ([Type 1]), so please consider using the subsidy.
