Currently, we use the PS card at each terminal, but there have been cases where the PS card has expired and cannot pass through the gate, regardless of whether or not CONPAS is used.
As the cause, we made it known to the business operators at the time of the renewal announcement, but the rules for using PS cards are as follows.

?In accordance with Article 38 (3) of the PS Card Terms of Use, after 10 days have passed from the date of sending the new PS Card after the renewal of the PS Card, the PS Card used until then shall be revoked.
?In accordance with Article 38 (4) of the PS Card Terms of Use, if the PS Card previously used has not been returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch of the new PS Card, the newly issued PS Card shall be revoked.

The reason is that the PS card before renewal has not been returned in time.

In the event of an incident, please proceed to return the PS Card before renewal in accordance with the PS Card Terms and Conditions.
