Applications for CONPAS at Hanshin Port using dedicated mobile terminals will be accepted from this portal site on February 13, 2024. For the time being, the CONPAS installation terminal and operation start time at Hanshin Port are scheduled for the end of March 2024 for Osaka Port DICT and the first half of 2024 for Kobe Port PC-18.

In order to use CONPAS at Hanshin Port, the land transport operator needs to take a separate procedure for leasing a CONPAS mobile terminal. After applying through the Application page , the Hanshin Port CONPAS Help Desk will provide individual guidance.

If you are currently using Cyber Port without using CONPAS and would like to use CONPAS at Hanshin Port, please fill in the Cyber Port (Port Logistics) and CONPAS Registration Change Application and select the applicable service "Cyber Port" and the content "Registration Change" from the Contact page and proceed.
In addition, land transport operators that are already using CONPAS at Keihin Port and wish to use CONPAS at Hanshin Port, please fill in the Cyber Port (Port Logistics) and CONPAS Registration Change Application and select the applicable service "Cyber Port" and the content "Registration Change" from the Contact page and proceed. The Hanshin Port CONPAS Help Desk will provide individual guidance on the procedures for the rental of CONPAS mobile terminals.
If there is no change in the registered business type or system connection, it is no problem to fill in only the notification date, system usage information (CONPAS) and subscriber information fields in the notification of change of registered content.
