The the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Port Authority held the DX Experience Workshop (January 16, 2024: Shinagawa, January 24: Kobe). You actually operated the cyberport, and you experienced how the use of the cyberport changes the trade practice, the usage screen, and the effect of the use.



Cyber Port is a platform operated by the the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Port Authority for container logistics between private businesses. The purpose of Cyber Port is to improve operational efficiency and productivity by digitizing procedures.
Since the launch of Cyber Port in Reiwa 3, Cyber Port has been implementing a direct linkage function with NACCS in March of Reiwa 5 and promoting its use. As part of our efforts to promote the use of Cyber Port, we recently held our first DX Experience Workshop with Cyber Port in order to allow users to actually operate Cyber Port and experience how Cyber Port can change trade practices, user screens and the effects of using Cyber Port.
The workshop was attended by shippers and terminal operators, mainly forwarders, sea coins, customs clearance, and warehouses. Many people gave positive feedback in the post-survey.
