Between approximately 10:00 and 19:00 on May 25, 2026 (exact times are under investigation and will be posted later), there was an issue where replies from the terminal for Cyber Port delivery slips were not being received.
As a result of our investigation, we identified the cause and took corrective action, and the issue has now been resolved.
However, for users who have not received a reply for their delivery slips after operations performed during or around the aforementioned time period, we kindly ask you to resubmit your delivery confirmation request.
