Restored on May 25, 2026, 19:00 JST Regarding the issue of not receiving replies from the terminal for Cyber Port delivery slips.

Between approximately 10:00 and 19:00 on May 25, 2026 (?the exact time is currently under investigation and will be provided once confirmed), there was an issue in which responses from terminals for Cyber Port inbound slips were not received.
As a result of our investigation, the cause has been identified and corrective actions have been taken. The issue has now been resolved.
However, for users who experienced issues such as not receiving responses to inbound slips during or around the time period ????? above, please resubmit the request for cargo delivery confirmation.
