[IMPORTANT] Notice of Revision of Terms of Use due to the start of linkage with NACCS (effective March 13, 2023)

As of March 13, 2023 (Monday), we will start operating NACCS linked functions in Cyber Port (Port logistics)
The current Terms of Use will be reviewed in its entirety, and in addition to revisions associated with the NACCS linkage function, revisions will be made from the perspective of making the service more user-friendly and easier to understand for all subscribers.
At the same time, to be consistent with the revised Terms of Use for Cyber Port (Port Logistics) the CONPAS Terms of Use will be revised .

1. Implementation of NACCS linkage function
Contract information between the subscriber and NACCS, which is required to use the NACCS linkage function
(The handling of user IDs and passwords and the details of linkage are specified.)

2. Perspectives of making the service easy to use
In order to ensure that everyone can use Cyber Port (Port Logistics) with peace of mind, we have clarified the scope of responsibility between subscriber by extending the scope of application of the Terms of Use not only between the Cyber Port Administrator and subscriber, but also to the relationship between subscriber.
In particular, the warranty for shared data shared by subscriber themselves are newly specified.

3. Perspectives on making the Terms of Use easy to understand
Since the current Terms of Use were complicated, we have reduced the number of words to be defined, with the aim of making the Terms of Use easier to read and understand, overall update, including removal of items that do not need to be stipulated, modification of the structure and optimization of the expressions.

4. Others
According to the revised Port and Harbor Act enacted in November 2022, Cyber Port (Port Logistics) is positioned as a system operated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) Port and Harbours Bureau for this reason, the terms of use clearly state that the Cyber Port Administrator is the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) Port and Harbours Bureau

1. Alignment with the revised Terms of Use of Cyber Port (Port Logistics)
From the perspective of ensuring consistency with the revised content of Cyber Port (Port Logistics), we will unify the descriptions and terminology of the provisions.

2. Perspectives on making the Terms of Use easy to understand
. Since the current Terms of Use were complicated, we have reduced the number of words to be defined, with the aim of making the Terms of Use easier to read and understand, overall update, including removal of items that do not need to be stipulated, modification of the structure and optimization of the expressions.


[Revised Version of the Terms of Use and Effective Date]
The revised Terms of Use will be effective on March 13, 2023.
For existing users of Cyber Port and CONPAS, no additional procedures due to the provisions are required.
By using Cyber Port after the revision date, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms of Use and Bylaws. (According to Article 32, Paragraph 4 of the Terms of Use)
