Since approximately 10:00 AM on October 16, 2026, an issue has been occurring in Cyber Port where an error screen is displayed when using the Excel Preview function, preventing users from viewing Excel files in their web browsers.

The Excel Download function is available as usual. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use the Excel Download function instead of the Excel Preview function for the time being.
