[Procedures Before Starting Use]
To submit the "Advance Notification Form for Dangerous Goods or Hazardous Materials" from Cyber Port to the Yokohama Chapter, registration of billing information is required.
Please complete the application form below and submit it by email to the Yokohama Chapter of the Japan Harbor Transportation Association for Safety and Health (4580@kouwansaibou-yokohama.jp).
