This seminar introduces the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's efforts with users to support adoption and the latest feature improvements based on user feedback.

Cyber Port is a platform operated by the the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Port Authority for container logistics between private businesses. The purpose of Cyber Port is to improve operational efficiency and productivity by digitizing procedures.
Since the launch of Cyber Port in March 2023, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has been implementing a direct link function with NACCS and promoting its use. As part of this effort, we have held regular webinars since fiscal 2022 to introduce the functions and usage of Cyber Port.
In this seminar, we will introduce examples of how the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism works with users to support adoption, from analysis to trial to full-scale operation. This section also introduces the latest improvements made based on user feedback, such as the read confirmation function and the Excel document output function.
