In November 2023, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry sponsored the "Study Group for Promotion of Utilization of Trade Platforms," in which top manufacturers and suppliers of trade platforms participated.
While the importance of trade DX in improving the efficiency and cost reduction of trade procedures and strengthening of supply chains is increasing, it is difficult to obtain the full effect of introduction without an increase in the number of companies using trade platforms. Therefore, the purpose of this committee is to promote the utilization of trade PF by sharing examples of the introduction of trade PF and the latest status of trade DX, and grasping the importance and issues of promoting trade DX.

The Port Authority of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, in support of this objective, has participated in the review meeting, and introduced Cyber Port at the second review meeting held on December 14, 2023.
Specifically, it explains the background of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's promotion of Cyber Port, examples of its introduction, expectations of shippers and PFs for trade DX, and the role played by Cyber Port.

As a data platform for port logistics procedures, it is essential for Cyber Port to connect more businesses and more data. We will continue to build momentum to promote the utilization of trade PF, expand our network through cooperation with other PF and services, and support the introduction of Cyber Port.
