[Receiving End] We will introduce how to utilize data linked to Cyber Port from shipping companies ~ We will hold a webinar on Cyber Port ~

The the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Port Authority will hold a webinar on "Cyber Port" on December 6, 2023. In this article, we will introduce, with demonstrations, how to set up in advance and how to use the booking information and arrival notification information linked to Cyber Port.

Cyber Port is a platform operated by the Port Authority of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for the purpose of computerizing container distribution procedures and improving operational efficiency. We began operations in fiscal 2021, and in March 2023 implemented a direct linkage function with NACCS. Since fiscal 2022, we have held regular webinars to introduce the functions and usage of Cyber Port.
In this fifth seminar, we will introduce how to utilize the booking confirmation and cargo arrival notification data currently linked to Cyber Port from two shipping companies.
This information is currently sent and received by mail and fax, and there are some issues at the receiving end, such as centralized management within the company and utilization for subsequent business operations. Let's take a look at how structured data linked to Cyber Port can contribute to solving these issues.
This section also introduces examples of other systems that can link structured data to Cyber Port (D/Oless application, empty container pickup order).
