Introducing How to Use Cyber Port? Dangerous Goods Functionality for Terminal Operators, CFS Operators, and Shipping Companies! ~Cyber Port Thematic Seminar (Part 2) to Be Held~

The Port and Harbour Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) operates Cyber Port, a data platform that digitalizes port-related procedures, including port logistics and administrative processes.
On July 22, 2026, the Cyber Port Thematic Seminar (Part 2) will be held.

Cyber Port (Port Logistics) is a data platform that digitalizes port logistics procedures between private-sector businesses in order to promote initiatives aimed at improving productivity across the entire port ecosystem.
The Cyber Port Thematic Seminar is designed to provide detailed explanations on specific topics that are not typically covered in depth during regular seminars.

For the second session, we will present the Dangerous Goods Functionality Seminar (for Terminal Operators, CFS Operators, and Shipping Companies).

Specifically, this seminar is intended for terminal operators, CFS operators, and shipping companies, and will explain how to receive Dangerous Goods documents (White Forms and Red Forms) electronically through Cyber Port, as well as how to create DG Lists (Dangerous Goods Lists).

If you are considering electronically receiving Dangerous Goods documents (White Forms and Red Forms) submitted by shippers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other related parties, or improving the efficiency of DG List creation, we encourage you to participate.
(In particular, at the Port of Yokohama, the Yokohama Branch of the Japan Port Safety Association will begin accepting White Forms electronically via Cyber Port starting this September. As a result, momentum is also growing toward the electronic receipt of Red Forms. Relevant stakeholders are strongly encouraged to participate.)
