We will implement a container carry-out reservation system project (Oi Terminals 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 6 and 7, and Aomi Terminal 4) using CONPAS at the Port of Tokyo (7th stage)!

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Port and Harbor, the Tokyo Port Terminal Corporation, The Tokyo Harbor Transportation Association, and the Kanto Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport are cooperating with the relevant parties to implement a reservation system using CONPAS.
We are pleased to announce that the 7th phase of the project will be implemented at Terminal 3 (Oi No.1 and No.2, No.3 and No.4, No.6 and No.7) and Aomi Terminal 4 in Oi Pier.

Schedule
1. Oi terminals 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 6 and 7: 13 weekdays from Tuesday, January 28, 2025 to Friday, February 14, excluding weekends and holidays
2. Aomi Terminal 4: 10 weekdays from Wednesday, February 5, 2025 to Wednesday, February 19, excluding weekends and holidays
*Simultaneous operation will be conducted at 3 terminals in Oi and also at Aomi during some periods.
*We plan to continue this project while examining its effects.
Participating Stores
Land transport operators who wish to participate in this project * Whether or not they are members of the Kanto Trucking Association.
Details of Implementation
In the future, we plan to publish guides and videos that explain how to operate CONPAS and the key points of the 7th period's operating rules for land transport operators.
There are some changes from the 6th fiscal year, so please check the guidance and distributed videos in advance.
In particular, for dealers who will continue to use the service from the sixth period, please check that the vehicle information and PS card information registered in CONPAS are up-to-date.

* Due to the shortage of storage capacity in Oi No. 6 and No. 7, we will change the reservation quota for the carry-in vehicles from January 28 to January 31.
Before: 30 units(9:00, 10:00, 14:00, 15:00), 15 units(13:00) After: 0 units (no reservation slots will be set until January 31)
