From approximately 2:10 AM to 10:30 AM (JST) on January 23, 2026, emails for two-factor authentication during login to Cyber Port were either "not arriving" or "experiencing significant delays in delivery."

This issue was caused by a service outage with Microsoft, which is utilized for Cyber Port's login process. The service has now been restored.
