The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Port and Harbor, Tokyo Port Terminal Corporation, the Tokyo Port Cargo Handling Association, and the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism have been conducting trial operations of a CONPASR-based container gate-in/gate-out reservation system since fiscal year 2022, with the cooperation of all stakeholders.
We are pleased to announce that, based on the results of the trial operations conducted to date, we will begin permanent operation of the CONPASR-based container gate-in/gate-out reservation system at Oi Container Terminal 3 and 4 from Thursday, January 15, 2026.
